  * Season’s mushrooms cooked by Roast, frying-pan or fried
  * Mushrooms to put and dress on pasta, meat, salad or omelette

  * Black and white Truffle for hors d’oeuvre, first courses or second courses

Wild meat

  * Wild boar, Roe-buck, Hare, Pigeon, Woodcock gravy
  * Stew or Roast of Wild boar and Roe-buck
  * Turn-spit of Pigeons, Thrushes, Blackbirds, Larks
